Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (6‑month initial contract), you will play a critical role in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment support across the business. Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor—driving proactive sourcing strategies, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience, and ensuring timely, data‑driven hiring outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of stakeholder management, market insight, and hands‑on execution, contributing both to immediate hiring needs and broader global talent acquisition initiatives.

Your Role: 

  • Work collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Source and build talent pipelines for open vacancies using online and networking resources, conferences, trade shows, university/campus recruitment, etc.
  • Screen candidates against role specifications and organizational competencies to ensure the organization can identify and secure best-fit talent for open vacancies.
  • Deliver against recruitment metrics/KPIs while not compromising quality of hire.
  • Consistently deliver superior service levels to both business stakeholders and candidates. Ensure appropriate and effective candidate management at all times.
  • Proactively use social media to enhance our sourcing channels and promote Citco as an employer of choice.
  • Perform a talent mapping with competitor organizations to identify key potential hires.
  • Actively network within the industry/competition in order to benchmark practices and identify key areas of differentiation
  • Consult with local HR and hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is updated on a regular basis in applicant tracking system, reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes and challenges working with TA Reporting specialist
  • Participate in global talent acquisition relate projects.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Ideally, you will have 3 years minimum experience in a similar fast-paced recruitment role, and sourcing candidates across multiple functions and geographies. Citco’s line of services: What we do
  • Able to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and shift priorities to support the business' key growth lines.
  • Able to think laterally and coach/advise hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience determining compensation recommendations, gathering market data, and negotiating offers.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage own workload.
  • Great interpersonal skills, and you are excellent in customer-service and able to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system desirable
  • Skilled in managing expectations with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong sense of urgency, highly self-driven and solution-oriented
  • Able to self-prioritize work, with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
