We are looking for a System Analyst / Project Manager with experience working on marketing-related product features in crypto or fintech projects.
You will help clarify requirements, prepare documentation, coordinate development, and ensure timely delivery of product updates.
Responsibilities:- Clarify and formalize requirements for product and marketing-driven features.
- Prepare and update functional & technical documentation (specifications, flows, BRDs).
- Decompose tasks together with the tech lead.
- Define deadlines and monitor delivery.
- Track development progress and report on status.
- Communicate with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to keep tasks aligned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
- Experience working with complex product logic in marketing, fintech, or crypto environments.
- Strong skills in structuring requirements and writing clear documentation.
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams.
- English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).
