About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to help manage our supply chain operations across our global markets. This role is pivotal in making supply chain decisions related to capacity balancing, product sourcing, finished goods inventory, keg management, and warehouse replenishment. The successful candidate will generate weekly, monthly, and annual volume insights to help drive effective and efficient supply chain operations with the Beer Category.
Responsibilities
Develop clear and concise replenishment plans to ensure product availability meets customer demand on time and in full.
Manage the keg scheduling plans in collaboration with the SJG brewery, kegging, and export keg planning teams
Manage capacity positions at brewing, keg, beverage blending agent, and packaging plants in Ireland and the UK.
Provide timely volume insights to support business decision-making.
Communicate forward plans effectively across the supply chain participants.
Lead inventory and empty keg management initiatives to control stocks of WIP and FG products.
Drive continuous improvement activities within the Global Supply Chain Project.
Build strong relationships with internal teams (Packaging, Brewing, Logistics) and external partners (Procurement, 3rd party suppliers).
Demonstrate Diageo's capability by visualising best-in-class practices through continuous improvement.
About You
As an experienced Supply Chain Planner, you will play an integral part in driving efficiency so for this role we are looking for someone with:
Good understanding of the beer supply chain with experience in creating solutions for improvement initiatives.
Ability to engage key stakeholders aligned with Diageo's Customer Service and Supply Chain strategy.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across various departments.
Proven track record of managing complex planning processes across multiple markets.
