Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the Ultrasounds team and lead operations across all order management and transport processes within French market, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy. This position blends people management responsibilities with the challenge of addressing complex operational issues and proactively driving process improvements.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the Order Management/Customer Order Specialists team to ensure efficient operations, harmonized ways of working, and standardized tasks, all aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction for the streams defined with the markets.

  • Identify and implement process efficiencies, productivity enhancements, and potential opportunities for automation or innovation in accordance with service level agreements and global targets.

  • Optimize business performance and profitability by closely monitoring all alerts and KPIs.

  • Champion supply chain transformation toward digital capabilities through enhanced transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging LEAN methodologies.

  • Support knowledge sharing on an as-needed basis, such as onboarding new team members and introducing new processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience as a people leader

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and operations, particularly in order management.

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, IDOC, Excel, and other tools that support order management processes.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • English fluent, French nice to have

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

  • A self-driven approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
