The Supply Chain Assistant at the Dun Laoghaire plant will support business systems practices and logistics functions in the Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities
- Carry out operational activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis: - review and close out production orders, investigate discrepancies and report to stakeholders.
- Assist with all cycle counts and the annual inventory stock take and other year-end procedures.
- Complete shipping invoicing and dispatch notes.
- Progress all LMM incidents and requests through ServiceNow for the Dun Laoghaire plant.
- Act as support and back up to key job roles of Warehouse Leader and Shipping Leader.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Experience in a lean material movements environment.
- Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP or S4 Hana)
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
