Supply Chain Assistant (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Tägliches Ausführen von verschiedenen Transaktionen sowohl im SAP als auch im Lagerverwaltungssystem im Bereich Logistik / Werkslogistik (z. B. Reklassifizierungen, Bestandskontrollen)
- Datenpflege der einzulagernden Materialien (z.B. Palettengröße, Gefahrgutinformationen, Lagerbedingungen) im Lagerverwaltungssystem
- Operative Distributionssteuerung
- Verarbeitung von Datensätzen in Excel
- Erstellen von Übersichten aus SAP und dem Lagerverwaltungssystem
- Bestellungen für kundeneigene Packmittel in Kundenportalen auslösen und Bestandsverwaltung inkl. Inventuren dieser Packmittel
- Erstellung von Lieferpapieren, Erfahrungen im Gefahrgutbereich sind erwünscht
- Teilnahme an täglichen / wöchentlichen / monatlichen Besprechungen.
- Kommunikation mit Produktion, Einkauf und Supply Chain Planner sowie mit externen Partnern, um Logistikprobleme zu identifizieren und an deren Lösung mitzuarbeiten.
- Anwendung der vorhandenen Systeme, um Materialbestellungen und Bestellungen für Logistikdienstleistungen auszulösen inkl. Rechnungskontrolle und -freigabe.
- Identifizieren falscher Inventurbestände und initiieren von Aktionen, um diese zu adressieren.
Was wir erwarten:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik / Werkslogistik, idealerweise in einem Chemieunternehmen
- Gute MS Office und fundierte SAP R/3 Kenntnisse
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Einsatzbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit
- Unterstützen neuer Ideen und Konzepte
- Verschiedene Perspektiven und Möglichkeiten zur Problemlösung zu Rate ziehen
- Bestärken in der “can-do Mentatlität” und herausfordern des Status quo, Aktionen einfordern und Hindernisse beseitigen.
