What you’ll Do:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs. Building integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage the demand and supply planning & inventory life cycle. This role, covering the EMEA and LATAM regions, involves forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, being able to adjust the level of detail to the audience, to drive actions.
  • Problem Solving: Address supply chain issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supply Planning: Develop and execute supply plans that meet demand requirements while minimizing costs and risks.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and hold suppliers accountable to meeting performance expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, perform what-if analyses, assess risks, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future demand for products.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stockouts or overstocking issues, and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Experience with Data Analysis.
  • Experience with demand forecasting.
  • Experience using SQL.
