Job Responsibilities:
Propósito Fundamental del Puesto:
Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal operativo en su turno, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de producción, calidad, seguridad y eficiencia, bajo la guía del Supervisor Sr o Jefe de Producción. Es un puesto formativo que busca desarrollar habilidades de liderazgo y gestión en el entorno industrial

• Formación Académica: Carrera técnica o Ingeniería trunca / en curso (preferentemente en áreas industriales).
• Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puestos de liderazgo operativo o como técnico/a de producción con responsabilidades similares.
• Conocimientos:
  
  • Procesos de manufactura (estampado, ensamble u otro relacionado con la empresa).
  • Indicadores de producción y calidad.
  • Herramientas básicas de solución de problemas.
  • Manejo de Office básico (Excel, Outlook).
• Habilidades:
  
  • Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
  • Comunicación asertiva.
  • Proactividad y toma de decisiones.
  • Orientación a resultados

• Personal a cargo directo: de 10 a 25 operadores por turno.
• Turnos rotativos: sí, según programación de planta.
• Áreas de influencia: Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Logística.
