Assist with filing invoices and official receipts, monitor vendor invoices, follow up with customers, and maintain records.
Responsibilities :
General Job Descriptions: (One OJT for LRDC Site Finance - Accountant)
- Assist in the filing of LRDC invoices, official receipts, etc.
- To assist in the monitoring of vendors invoices.
- To follow-up and receive invoices, official receipts and important documents from the from vendors.
- To follow-up the BIR 2307 from the customer.
- Assist in the clean-up of records in 14th floor records and the disposal of old records aged more than ten (10) years old and integration to 21st Floor Records Room.
- Any ad hoc responsibilities assigned from time to time.
