This position involves providing support for Fixed Asset and Inventory activities, assisting in the monitoring of transactions, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and maintaining communication with plant contacts. The role includes using SAP for recording transactions and participating in inventory count processes under minimal supervision.

A student / OJT’s primarily role is to support ongoing activities for the Intercompany, Fixed Asset and Inventory Team. The task may involve but are not limited to
- Providing support for the Fixed Asset Module maintenance (such as creation, update, retirement, transfer) and integrity of data.
- Assisting in the approval process of purchase requisition for capitalizable expenses
- Providing support in the monitoring of Fixed Asset transactions such as capitalization, depreciation, transfer, disposal, inventory and accruals of assets are timely and properly reflected in the books.
- Providing support for the completion of the Physical Inventory count process which involves monitoring of count results and sending follow-up to point of contacts
- Providing support to ensure compliance with the various inventory control activities which involves sending follow-ups to plant point of contacts
- Providing support to address integrated and external audit requirements which includes communicating with plant contacts to obtain requested documents such as but are not limited to proof of delivery documents and shipping/ freight documents
- Providing support in maintaining the teams task emails, answering queries and its maintenance
- Facilitate the recording of manual Intercompany Accounts Payable using SAP t-code FB60 or MIRO
- Performing other duties related to the job that may be assigned from time to time
