Parexel is seeking a talented Strategic Proposal Writer to join our Pre-Sales team! As a Strategic Proposal Writer, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, creating persuasive, client-ready proposals that showcase the company expertise and understanding of client needs. You will work closely with Client Relationship Directors, Sales Directors, and Subject Matter Experts to transform complex requirements into clear, differentiating proposal language.

The role can be home or office based in Ireland or UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, tailored proposals in various formats (Word, and PowerPoint, online tools)

  • Collaborate with Integrated Solution Strategists and sales teams to conduct client/indication/therapeutic area research

  • Participate in strategy meetings to identify client requirements and recommend proposal strategies

  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines

  • Craft compelling and differentiating content that accurately reflects strategy discussions

  • Maintain proposal information in relevant databases and libraries

  • Support the development of case studies and related materials

  • Participate in Lessons Learned meetings and provide training/mentoring as needed

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business or equivalent

  • 5+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in a CRO or similar environment

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, design tools, databases)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work confidently with staff at all levels

  • Experience with multinational and multicultural companies is a plus
