About the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Field Marketing Manager – Central Europe to lead customer-facing marketing activation around a strategic partnership with a leading European provider of sovereign cloud and digital infrastructure solutions and translate this opportunity into measurable demand, pipeline creation, and revenue acceleration.

This role will work closely with regional Sales to identify priority markets, segments, accounts, and opportunities where the joint value proposition can create differentiated customer value. The successful candidate will turn joint go-to-market priorities into locally relevant field programs, account-based initiatives, executive engagements, and integrated campaigns across Central Europe.

The role will partner closely with the dedicated Partner Marketing lead, who owns the marketing relationship and joint go-to-market motion with the strategic partner. Both roles will operate against shared business priorities and a common marketing budget: Partner Marketing will focus on activating and scaling the partnership, while Field Marketing will focus on converting that opportunity into customer engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact.

What You'll Do:

Field Marketing Strategy & Market Activation

  • Own and execute the field marketing strategy for the strategic partnership opportunity across Central Europe, aligned to regional revenue targets and sales priorities.

  • Translate the joint value proposition into customer-centric programs tailored to priority industries, markets, buying centers, and strategic accounts.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage the partnership as a differentiator within broader Central European field marketing programs.

  • Localize and operationalize relevant global and joint campaigns to maximize regional relevance, customer engagement, and business impact.

  • Provide market insight and field feedback to strengthen regional go-to-market planning and investment decisions.

Pipeline & Revenue Acceleration

  • Design and execute integrated field marketing programs that drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and measurable revenue contribution.

  • Align closely with Regional Sales Directors, account teams, SDRs, and Sales Engineering to support territory plans, strategic account priorities, and active opportunities.

  • Develop targeted account-based marketing programs for high-priority accounts and buying groups where the joint value proposition is particularly relevant.

  • Own customer-facing programs including executive engagements, C-level roundtables, workshops, industry activities, regional events, and targeted account experiences.

  • Orchestrate post-program follow-up with Sales and SDR teams to maximize engagement conversion and pipeline impact.

Partner & Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing lead to translate joint partner go-to-market priorities into effective customer and account activation.

  • Contribute to joint marketing planning and shared budget prioritization, with investments assessed against common business objectives and expected pipeline impact.

  • Partner across Sales, Alliances, regional Field- and other Marketing Teams, SDR, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated programs.

  • Coordinate strategic partner participation in relevant field programs, ensuring the partner is engaged where it strengthens customer value and commercial outcomes.

Program Management & Performance

  • Manage field marketing programs end-to-end, from planning and audience strategy through execution, follow-up, measurement, and optimization.

  • Establish clear KPIs for account engagement, pipeline creation, pipeline influence, opportunity acceleration, and return on marketing investment.

  • Monitor program effectiveness and use data and insights to continuously optimize the marketing mix and shared budget allocation

  • Deliver regular reporting to regional marketing and sales leadership on program performance, pipeline contribution, learnings, and recommended next actions.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of B2B field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing field marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue acceleration.

  • Strong experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on territory planning, strategic accounts, and opportunity-based marketing.

  • Strong experience operating in partner-led or ecosystem-driven go-to-market environments and collaborating effectively with Partner or Channel Marketing teams.

  • Proven track record of building and accelerating Public Sector business with the ability to use strategic partnerships as a catalyst to open new accounts, establish credibility and accelerate market penetration.

  • Experience with account-based marketing, executive programs, events, integrated campaigns, and multi-channel demand generation.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritize investments against business impact and manage resources within a shared budget model.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and partner organizations.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring account engagement, pipeline impact, revenue contribution, and program ROI.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).

  • Fluency in both German and English is required.

  • Willingness to travel across Central Europe.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
