At SoSafe, we’re on a mission to boost digital self-defence by turning secure behavior into a habit. We combine behavioral science with smart, accessible product experiences — and over 30% of our team comes from psychology and social science backgrounds.

You’ll join our Simulation Group, which is building a powerful closed-loop system to help organizations test, measure, and improve employee awareness of digital threats. The Threat Reporting product sits at the core of this — helping users recognize and report suspicious messages across a variety of communication channels.

This is a high-impact role with broad ownership and visibility across SoSafe’s leadership team. You’ll shape a product that empowers millions of people to actively defend their organizations from real-world threats.

Your mission

Your mission is to drive user behavior at scale: helping people confidently and correctly report suspicious messages across the communication channels they use every day.

As Staff Product Manager for Threat Reporting, you’ll lead the charge in evolving this product toward true product-market fit. Today, Threat Reporting plays a vital role in our ecosystem — but it’s still early stage. You’ll focus on improving messaging, positioning, discoverability, and usability, while tightly integrating with our Simulation product to create a seamless loop between real and simulated attacks.

You’ll also play a key role in expanding support across multiple attack vectors and communication channels — such as email, collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Slack), SMS, and mobile — ensuring users can recognize and report threats wherever they appear.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SoSafe’s Threat Reporting experience

  • Drive discovery to better understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations when interacting with real threats

  • Lead efforts to improve product fundamentals — from UX and onboarding to positioning and adoption

  • Build and scale threat reporting across key communication channels, including email, messaging platforms, mobile, and beyond

  • Collaborate closely with the Simulation product team to align on shared learning loops and awareness measurement

  • Define and track KPIs that demonstrate product success and security impact (e.g. reporting rates, false positives, response time)

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver valuable, frictionless, and trusted user experiences

  • Work with Product Marketing and GTM to craft compelling positioning and bring product enhancements to market

  • Represent Threat Reporting within the broader Simulation group, contributing to strategy, team alignment, and product excellence

Your profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or user-facing security tooling

  • Strong product intuition and proven ability to evolve early-stage products toward product-market fit

  • Experience with multi-channel communication tools or workflows (e.g., email, messaging, mobile apps)

  • Data-informed decision-maker with a strong grasp of both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align design, engineering, GTM, and customer success around product goals

  • Curious, iterative mindset — excited to test, learn, and pivot as needed

  • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable operating with executive stakeholders and cross-product teams

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles

Bonus points for

  • Background in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Human Factors

  • Experience with phishing simulation, threat detection, or human risk management platforms

  • Experience with gamification, nudging, or other behavioral design techniques

  • Familiarity with email infrastructure, mobile reporting workflows, or messaging integrations
