What You'll Do
- You will report to the Finance Manager
- Working with project management to set up, maintain and close projects in Oracle
- Monthly revenue and cost processing and reporting within US GAAP guidelines in multiple currencies
- Reconciliation of accrued and deferred revenue reports
- Working with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure billing milestones are maintained and invoiced
- Monthly analysis including:
- variance analysis reports
- margin reporting
- unbilled revenues and costs
- other ad hoc queries
- Working with internal and external audit teams in multiple countries within the EMEA region
- Quarterly and ad-hoc reporting
You Should Have
- A completed BCom in Accounting or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Highly proficient in Excel a MUST
- Experience in dealing with internal and external auditors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Oracle knowledge and TM1 an advantage
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to work with precision and maintain high standards of accuracy
- Multinational software experience with US GAAP reporting an advantage
- Demonstrates a collaborative attitude and is always willing to assist team members
- Proactive in offering help and sharing knowledge with others
