About the Role:

As a member of the Global Real Estate & Workplace Services team (GREWS), the Sr. Workplace Services Concierge must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring every in-office experience is functional, productive, and memorable for our fellow CrowdStrikers, visitors, and customer partners alike. The individual must maintain a continuous focus on delivering world class service, with a hospitality-first mindset infused within every interaction. The individual must have the ability to work independently and adhere to pivotal business and operational timelines and service deliverables.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, greeting and welcoming guests to the site, directing them appropriately and notifying company employees of the visitor arrival

  • Assist in the execution of all in-office workplace service events and/or employee activities, partnering with the local and broad GREWS team members to ensure experiences are timely and equitable for all

  • Assists with company local events & meetings (onsite/offsite conference room reservations, catering, décor, coordination, etc.)

  • Assists with pre-event coordination and planning, room/space set-up, and post-event reset of physical spaces including training and conference rooms 

  • Supports new-hire and onboarding process including workspace preparation, arrival and  access credentials, and site familiarization

  • Maintains security by following approved procedures, in partnership with Global Physical Security

  • Maintains safe and clutter-free reception area, serving as the first impression moment for arrivals to the CS office

  • Serve as the local subject matter expert for visiting staff as it relates to hotels, restaurants, team building activities, and general area knowledge

  • Responds to all workplace inquiries, assesses needs or issues, and takes the necessary corrective action.  Follow-up with proper leadership escalation or documentation where necessary

  • Maintains accurate inventory levels and procures office supplies; including but not limited to snacks/supplies for break area, copy center, shipping/courier supplies

  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications

  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Office administration tasks as necessary (vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice processing, etc.)

  • Coordinates day-to-day activities and access across the current Serviced Office location as well as at the future office location, toggling to each physical location as business dictates

  • Assist Workplace Services Coordinator in future logistical relocation from current office to new office location

  • This role is required onsite 5-days per week, M-F, across two office locations until construction completion of a new office site in mid to late 2026  

Executive Briefing Center Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Partner with Marketing team to develop operational SOPs for future Briefing Center, set to open in 2026

  • In coordination with the Workplace Services Coordinator and future Briefing Center team, this role supports our VIP customers in welcoming them to the Briefing Center and supporting a world class experience 

  • Ensure the arrival experience is both polished and professional, with special focus on anticipating customer needs with readiness.  Duties include but are not limited to: participate in pre-event planning, creation of name badges/name tents, make arrangement for special gifts, and coordinate and execute conference and boardroom set-up

  • Cross-functional coordination with briefing program resources, IT, A/V, Executive Support teams

  • Partner with appropriate workplace resources when needed for

    • technical assistance 

    • plant/floral service

    • pantry restocking

    • janitorial services

    • catering support

    • heating/cooling adjustments or other building needs

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience

  • Previous Executive Briefing Center experience preferred

  • Office Services, Facilities, and/or  Reception-related experience preferred.  Previous hotel/hospitality front-of-house experience is also welcomed

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, and external professionals

  • Advanced knowledge and skill of speaking/writing/reading of the English and Spanish language is required

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels including senior management

  • Basic understanding of local building and fire codes, Fire/Life/Safety plans, and Environmental Health & Safety standards is welcomed

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Flexibility to perform job tasks outside of job description when necessary

  • High level of integrity and ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite products
