We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be aligned to our G&A (Corporate) and Marketing departments.
Your role in the team:
- Full-cycle recruitment for corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and marketing teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professionalism.
- Maintain and update ATS records, ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.

- Proven experience recruiting for corporate and marketing roles, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
- Previous experience of multi-country recruitment, ideally within EMEA
- Ability to manage high volume of open roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
