What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health

Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.

  • Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across Cardinal Health.

  • Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.

  • Creates a positive candidate experience.

  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in related field as a recruiter, required

  • Recruitment Operations

    • Perform end to end recruitment (kick off, interviews to verbal offer)

    • Attends recalibration and weekly cadence call, as needed

  • Sourcing and Talent Attraction

    • Participate in sourcing initiatives and leads generation tasks/activities

  • Data Management

    • Update tracker/s and generate reports

    • Workday Management

  • Others

    • Act as back-up Onboarding Coordinator

  • Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks

  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

  • Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve

  • Applies judgment within defined parameters

  • Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects

  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
