As Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our Knowledge Graph Systems, enhancing data connectivity and discovery. You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and intelligent solutions.
What You Will Accomplish:

Drive the development of high-performance knowledge graph systems that enhance data insights and connectivity.

Optimize graph-based data structures to improve efficiency and intelligence, contributing directly to eBay's strategic goals.

Integrate diverse data sources to create a seamless flow of information across the organization.

Design APIs and services that empower other teams to leverage knowledge graph capabilities, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to apply advanced techniques for enriching graph-based reasoning.

What You Will Bring:

Expertise in software engineering with proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.

Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, or Flink.

Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable cloud architectures.

Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including graph databases like Neo4j or AWS Neptune.
