The Sr Software Engineer (Frontend) plays a key role in translating powerful backend systems into seamless, responsive frontends with engaging user experiences. From scaling design systems to optimizing critical workflows, the work of the Sr Software Engineer (Frontend) will directly shape how customers interact with our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build solutions for complex business logic and scenarios.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces.
- Have an AI-first approach to building and shipping code in production.
- Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance to ensure a smooth, responsive user experience.
- Craft code that is maintainable, testable, and can be reused across projects, with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
- Expand our design component library.
- Implement security best practices in all frontend code.
- Seek opportunities to refactor existing codebases to enhance performance and maintainability.

Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with progressive trajectory
- Excellent knowledge of modern frontend programming languages and frameworks
- Strong TypeScript and React proficiency
- Professional exposure to writing code for business applications
- A willingness to learn and tackle challenges, regardless of the technology
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Experience utilizing system logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and exposure to automated testing frameworks
