Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a senior developer/solution architect delivering multi‑module solutions • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow implementations in enterprise cloud environments. • Expertise across ServiceNow suites: o ITSM - Core service management (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request) o ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, CMDB o ITAM - Hardware, Software, and Cloud Asset Management, SAM Pro, HAM Pro o SPM - Demand, Project/Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, Resource/Financial Planning o SecOps - Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence o Creator Workflows - App Engine, Integration Hub, process automation and low-code/no-code development • CMDB/CSDM expertise (IRE, reconciliation, normalization/enrichment) and ITOM Visibility (Discovery/Service Mapping) with data governance. • Deep knowledge of enterprise IT operations, IT governance, and cloud-native architectures. • Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations. • ServiceNow Certifications: o Certified System Administrator (CSA)
