ADI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RPA Program Analyst to join our Global Payroll team in PH-BGC. This position will be entrusted with the design and implementation of RPA solutions to support our organization automation strategy, as well as to enhance and expand the adoption of our automation program. The Senior RPA Analyst will work closely with functional owners, development teams, and vendors to identify, conceptualize, and effectively communicate transformative RPA opportunities. In addition, this role will raise awareness of automation technology and foster a pipeline of processes that can be automated, ultimately reducing barriers to scalability. By streamlining manual and routine tasks, this role will empower our team to dedicate and focus on delivering best in class and impactful initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Design and implement of RPA solutions that align with Payroll automation strategy/roadmap.
• Collaborate with functional owners, technology / development teams, and vendors to identify, conceptualize, develop, and communicate automation initiatives.
• Ensure the RPA program is sustainable and scalable, maintain a strong pipeline of RPA opportunities and its prioritization.
• Conduct Assessment calls with process owners to review and document their process automation ideas (current vs. proposed states).
• Support the successful implementation of the solution, including planning, testing, and executing change management strategies.
• Ensure that post-implementation benefit realization is captured and reported, including analyzing data and providing regular progress reports.
• Drive analysis that provides meaningful insights on business strategies and provide key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics/ dashboards for data visualization.
• Model data using MS Excel, Macros, SQL, PowerBI, and/or other data analytical tools.
• Drive RPA literacy program by providing best practices and techniques, including technical training to RPA team.
• Manage licenses.
• Ensure compliance with Payroll/ IT policies and governance.
Required Qualification and Competencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3-5 year of RPA related experience in development, analysis, project, or program management
• Experience with an automation software platform (Automation Anywhere is highly preferred)
• Have good understanding of the development life cycle and AGILE delivery
• Familiar with continuous improvement environments and root cause analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel-Pivots, V-look ups, macros • Solutions-oriented with effective analytical & problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality and customer experience
• Out of the box thinker (identify methods of streamlining processes and increase efficiency)
• Work with a sense of urgency and is proactive
• Knowledge of scripting languages, ie. SQL is a plus, but no coding is required.
