About the Team

Product Acceleration and Optimization (PAO) is an organization within our Product team. Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about partnering with our Product, Sales and Consulting partners to ensure the successful implementation of Workday Peakon Employee Voice.. The focus of this role will be on target markets worldwide.

The Sr. Product Advisor drives enablement through the following focus areas:

  • Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Leading Deployment Offerings for New Offerings and Acquisitions

  • Feature Release Deployment Guidance

  • Delivering Pre-configured Foundational Solutions

  • Leading efforts to reduce Deployment costs

As a Sr. Product Advisor, you will:

  • Influence the product roadmap as an advocate of customer and consultant ecosystem feedback

  • Coordinate alignment across diverse organizations including Product, Services, Education, Support, Strategy and Pre-Sales and Partner Success

  • Collaborate with the broader Workday ecosystem to identify, architect and build solutions

  • Drive consistency and deployment quality through pre-configured content and standard deployment tools and content development for downstream enablement channels

  • Serve as the Workday advisor for product on large scale complex deployments, escalations, and sales opportunities

  • Be responsible for the high-level design and end-to-end solutions based upon product strategy and functionality and identify relevant mitigating strategies

  • Collaborate with product management in customer conversations to understand the strategic direction of our Workday Peakon Employee Voice solutions and articulate the product vision to deployment teams through advisory services

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years deploying or supporting Workday in the area of Workday Peakon Employee Voice

  • Demonstrable domain expertise in enterprise software applications, specifically Workday Peakon Employee Voice
     

Other Qualifications

  • Superb communication capability.

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

  • Proficient in handling contending priorities.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.

  • Ability to mentor consultants and lead small teams.

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
