We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Channel & Inside Sales team as they drive demand, growth, and scale. You will also collaborate closely with the leadership team to successfully implement our global strategy and address any challenges that may arise. We are looking for someone capable of driving the cadence & operating rhythm within the business while ensuring leads and deal registrations are actioned in a timely manner, and who can also partner with marketing to understand the return on investment of our partner-focused investments 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Develop and drive demand generation initiatives, including target identification, progress tracking, and assessment of success
  • Provide support throughout the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to deal execution
  • Measure sales efficiency and track objectives & key results.
  • Share effective strategies and implement necessary improvements
  • Prepare and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Educate field teams on our products, pricing, and licensing structures
  • Act as an admin user to provide assistance with systems and processes such as quoting, sales transactions, reporting, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with global sales operations to develop and implement global programs and drive local implementation and maintenance. Including, for example, automated business dashboards, quarterly result reporting, ongoing demo pool tracking, NFR program administration.
  • Work with global commissions to ensure accurate and timely updates to goal sheets and commission statements as territories and roles are reassigned.
  • Partner with IT/HQ Ops to set up new hires in relevant systems and ensure accurate targets, accounts, and privileges
  • Communicate and maintain sales policies locally to ensure alignment with corporate governance

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance related field, or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience: 4-8 years
  • Strong business and financial competence with the ability to conduct research and analyze data
  • A network of contacts within the channel ecosystem that can serve as a process or business enabler for the field.
  • Extensive knowledge of systems and processes, including SFDC, Clari, Tableau, G-Suite, and MS Office
  • Expertise in identifying and influencing key business drivers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Outstanding listening skills and the ability to interact and influence others
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and projects with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in delivering high-quality mentorship against challenging timelines
