That's why at Applied, we're building a team that shows up every day ready to learn, willing to try new things, and driven to deliver innovative software and services that make us indispensable to our customers - all within a culture built on values that make us indispensable to each other too. Position Overview
We're searching for a Senior Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management Europe team in remote location. This is a hands on product role focused on turning defined customer and business problems into high quality product outcomes. The role sits within an established Product team and works closely with Engineering, UX, and cross functional partners to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered effectively.
To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do
  • Own defined product areas, features, or initiatives under the direction of a Product Manager
  • Partner closely with Engineering and other business functions to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Own the backlog creation, refinement, prioritisation, and acceptance of delivered work
  • Monitor and contribute to product delivery health metrics (e.g. throughput, velocity trends, delivery confidence) to support planning and stakeholder transparency
  • Support roadmap planning by providing insight into scope, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery risks
  • Participate in customer discovery activities such as interviews, workflow analysis, and feedback synthesis
  • Represent Product in customer, Services, and internal stakeholder forums for owned areas, ensuring clarity of scope, intent, and trade-offs
  • Use data and qualitative insight to inform trade-offs and prioritisation decisions
  • Act as a day-to-day product contact for assigned teams, answering questions and clarifying intent
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and actively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and sequencing to support predictable delivery across multiple teams
  • Support go-to-market, release, and enablement activities as required

We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment
  • Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-led products
  • Ability to balance customer value with delivery constraints
  • Experience working closely with development teams on a day-to-day basis
  • Growing ability to think beyond individual features toward broader outcomes
