Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CCO and the Head of Product to ensure that the company develops a product that fits with its strategic goals.
- In conjunction with the in house Risk Management team assume collective responsibility for P&L performance of the sportsbook platform. He/she needs to develop a close relationship with the providers’ trading teams.
- Monitor the sportsbook offering and provide relevant input/feedback to all stakeholders.
- Exhibit an obsession with the utter satisfaction of the end customer and actively work towards constantly improving the overall product proposition and customer experience.
- Conceive, develop and execute sportsbook related promotion ideas in collaboration with the CRM.
- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable items and projects that will optimize the profitability of the vertical.
- Interpret, document and present commercial insights to support business decisions relating to the performance of the various SB platforms.
- Periodically conduct strategic reviews of the industry and present where appropriate improved strategical positions so as to benefit the profitability of the sportsbook vertical overall.
- Liaise with Customer Service and CRM department so as to ensure that client management is being executed in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Liaise with content team, designers and web editors so as to ensure that the sportsbook platform is displaying appropriate betting opportunities, design work and narrative;
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Product to support the Sportsbook product road map.
- Understand the business value behind feature requests and support the development of a suitable business case if needed.
- Work with the Head of product and the development team to monitor the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
- Take part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- High level of understanding of the iGaming industry trends
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sports betting regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with sports events and market analysis
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
