Procore is looking for a SMB Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion throughout the acquisition sales cycle in the small to midsize account segment. You’ll partner with the Account Executive team, helping to articulate Procore’s overall value proposition.

As an SMB Solutions Engineer  and trusted customer advocate, you’ll help organisations understand best practices around construction project management. You'll use your lived experience of construction projects or pre - sales experience to help organisations understand the many benefits construction management solutions can provide. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership. 

This position will report to the Manager of SMB & Commercial Solutions Engineering, Europe and will be based in our thriving Dublin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. 

What you’ll do:

  • Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and close

  • Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform

  • Participate in technical demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources, both internal and external

  • Work with Sales team to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challenges

  • Enable new Account Executives for success and transform them into Procore experts through training and support

  • Collaborate with fellow team members as well as internal/external stakeholders to meet project milestones

  • Work across all levels of the organisation to develop best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leader

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated success in sales engineering within the SMB space and/or Construction Professional + Procore Power User OR Construction professional working as Project Manager / Quality Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Site Manager / Commercial Manager

  • Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on a time-sensitive project

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct messages, email, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesise meaningful information from ambiguous data

  • Experience acting as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernising the Construction industry a plus

  • Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

53,362.40 - 73,373.30 EUR Annual

On Target Earning Range:

76,232.00 - 104,819.00 EUR Annual

This role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
