About Omni

Omni is a business intelligence and embedded analytics platform that helps customers explore, understand, and act on data.

Headquartered in San Francisco with hubs in EMEA and APAC, we are backed by leading investors including ICONIQ Growth, Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Google Ventures, Snowflake Ventures, and Databricks Ventures.

About the role:

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead complex implementation projects for key customers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage your own experience of the BI landscape and understanding of Omni to enable the customer and provide technical leadership; setting the foundations for long term success.

In this role you will deliver technical projects across different environments (internal BI and embedded analytics), advise a wide variety of customers, build solutions and manage consulting teams. Solution Architects will be deployed where oversight and input is necessary from the most experienced Omni consultants in the industry.

You will serve as an advocate for our customer base, sharing your insights and experiences with the Product team to directly shape product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a deep technical expert on Omni both internally & externally, solving our customers’ most challenging data and architecture problems.

  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of concurrent customer projects, balancing multiple timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Create delightful experiences for our customers. Build trust-filled advisory relationships, and find ways to make data teams more successful.

  • Define and document best practices and design patterns for the use of Omni.

  • Partner with Omni’s Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback, and guide product direction based on your experience with customers and partners.

About you:
  • 4+ years in technical consulting / project management, within the data space

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects

  • Exceptional communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data engineering and/or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Metabase), particularly those with a semantic layer (such as Omni & Looker)

  • Experience of transformation or migration projects with an appreciation for the technical and human aspects of change

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’re constantly learning and collaborating

A typical day for you at Omni:
  • 60% hands on delivery

  • 30% Internal best practices and technical development

  • 10% Project management and administration

  • Up to 30% travel (annual basis)

Location:

This role is hybrid in Dublin (3 days per week in-office). For candidates based in the UK, the position is fully remote.

Why join us:
  • Passionate, close-knit team with extensive experience in the space, including founders from Looker and Stitch Data

  • We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with local market standards.

  • Modern analytics platform spanning BI, embedded analytics, and AI readiness

  • Omni Analytics is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment

for all.
