What You'll Be Doing 

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# or Golang leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) under the guidance of senior developers
  • Assist in coding, debugging, and validation tasks, focusing on AI-driven development workflows and software design plans
  • Participate in software project planning, feature enhancement, and bug fixing, with an eye toward Agentic system integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions in an AI-first environment
  • Learn and apply best practices in software development, including automated testing and AI-enhanced documentation
  • Work with modern tech stacks and frameworks to improve product performance and user experience

Requirements
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in C# and/or Golang, or a strong willingness to learn and work with these languages
  • AI-Native Mindset: Highly proficient in using LLMs (like Gemini) to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and learning
  • Experience: Previous internship experience in software development is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prompt effectively to solve complex technical issues
  • A proactive learner who can work effectively in a fast-paced, Agentic environment
  • Able to work on-site in the Shenzhen office 5 days a week for at least 6 months
