The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work in an Agile environment as part of our Operations Services team. The team is responsible for delivering innovative software solutions to our back-office stakeholder teams such as Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
You will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering business value through innovative software solutions, while ensuring the 24/7 availability and reliability of our critical systems. Our dynamic team thrives on collaboration and is committed to supporting various back-office functions, enabling them to operate seamlessly and efficiently. The skills you will bring

You have an agile mindset, valuing collaboration, continuous improvement, adaptability and flexibility.

You are familiar with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD best practices.

You are familiar with building and deploying applications in AWS and used some of the Cloud-native capabilities
-
You have proven experience using Git or other version control tools.

You have an agile mindset with proven track record of delivering high quality code to Production through CI/CD pipelines.

You are autonomous, driven and a fast learner.

You are a strong communicator.
Achievements
-
You have 3-7 years’ experience delivering applications with Java and Spring in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to sprint planning & backlog refinement sessions, daily stand-ups and retrospectives with our technology teams (Developers, Automated QA & Product Owner)

You will have a passion for learning and introducing new technologies

You like to collaborate openly with the team on shared items of work and communicate well in a team-oriented environment across different time zones.
