The Opportunity
We are looking for a Software Engineer to work in an agile environment on our Conversations product which offers a continuous performance development solution with a full spectrum of feedback, check-ins, priorities and reflections to develop the talent of any team.
You will be joining our squad - Lumos. Lumos' mission is two-fold, we want to win when it comes to performance development by providing a platform that solves enterprise pain points for performance reviews and focuses on delighting HR teams around the world. We also want to serve our product development teams by finding ways to improve process and strive for improvements to help us deliver value better than we can today.

You are familiar with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD best practices.

You are a strong communicator.
You have good Database modelling experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
Achievements
You have delivered high quality enterprise applications with Java and Spring.
You have knowledge on Serverless computing and Python language.
You have connected services and systems through HTTP API and Event-based communication.
You have built and deployed cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS.
You have worked in an early-stage product development environment and are familiar with hypothesis testing.
You have worked delivering production code in partnership with AI tools and/or improved delivery process achieving higher delivery throughput.
You have built and deployed production-grade ML systems and/or enhanced MLOps pipelines to improve model reliability, scalability, and delivery throughput - Nice to have
