Squarespace is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Provisioning team in Dublin. You’ll drive the buyer experience for existing customers by leading the development of our Billing and Subscription Panels, enabling seamless subscription management and upgrades. You will work on high-impact projects that shape the subscription experience for millions of users, collaborating with Product, Design, and UX teams.
This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. You will report to the Engineering Team Manager of the Provisioning Team.
You'll Get To…
- Lead the development of important features for the Billing and Subscription Panels, enhancing subscription management, payment, and invoice interfaces.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements to implementation and deployment.
- Dive deep into the code to optimize architecture, improve performance, and ensure maintainability, while using modern technologies like TypeScript, React, Redux, and Jest.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation efforts, using data to inform UI improvements.
- Resolve complex problems with clean, scalable code that pushes the limits of frontend development.
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience building web applications with TypeScript, React, Redux, and Jest.
- Experience with frontend architecture and best practices for maintainable code.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, Agile development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
