  • Strengthen observability across cloud services through comprehensive monitoring and alerting practices.
  • Respond to cloud incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and maintain incident response plans to reduce recurrence.
  • Analyze system performance and implement improvements that optimize resource utilization and application performance.
  • Improve CI/CD processes to increase deployment velocity and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain automation that streamlines operations, reduces manual work, and improves system reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver key business outcomes.

What you will bring:
  • 3+ years of programming experience with Go or Python, alongside 3+ years of experience implementing large-scale, distributed, highly available, fault-tolerant systems and infrastructure in production environments.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes in an SRE or related cloud infrastructure role; experience developing with Kubernetes and/or building Kubernetes controllers is highly desirable.
  • Experience with observability tools and practices, with a focus on improving system reliability and performance.
  • Strong understanding of API design and RESTful principles, including experience building web services at scale.
  • Experience delivering products in cross-functional teams; knowledge of Agile development methodologies and application lifecycle management or CI/CD is beneficial.
