Job Title Snack & Refreshment Assistant
Reporting To Snack & Refreshment Coordinator
Job Purpose
Responsible for the everyday operations of the Refreshment service. The service shall cover the provision of snacks, drinks and beverages.

Consider the accountabilities of the job in terms of outputs to the external/internal customer, team leadership and financial and process responsibilities.

Responsible for the everyday stocking of the Refreshment Service. The service shall cover the provision of snacks, drinks and beverages. • Ensuring that a variety of snacks is stocked and measured in accordance to the client’s needs and demands • Preparation of infused water stations daily throughout the Tower • Ensuring that merchandising is completed at designated times agreed • Ensuring planograms are adhered to for each of the various locations throughout the Tower • Manage supplier delivery, storage of snacks • Support with food promotions on a regular basis • Ensure store tooms are clean and tidy • Complete regular stock takes for each of the various locations throughout the Tower Site Compliance - To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with policy • Ensuring supplier compliance with all HS&E training for staff and evidence held on site file (including site specific method statements, risk assessments, MSDS sheets and H&S assessments, onsite inductions from relevant players)
Flexibility and Responsiveness • Any additional requests from line manager • Respond to emergencies outside normal working hours
Essential Skills & Experience • Experience working in a similar role within the catering industry is essential • HACCP basic principals • Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points) and food preparation. •
Job Role Specification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Experience of working in a professional team-based office environment • Experience of communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service • Excellent written and spoken English.
