Purpose

Silent-Aire is a world leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing and servicing of Modular Data Centres. As Engineering is a core discipline for our company, we're hiring high-potential engineering talent to develop the skills needed within our organization. The programme aims to attract, retain, and develop graduates with potential for senior positions within the company.

Programme Description

This rotational programme offers graduates the opportunity to develop their skills across different engineering disciplines within the company:

Year 1 – Rotation through multiple departments and disciplines.

Year 2 – Specialization in a chosen discipline within your department.

At the end of year 1, graduates will present to the Silent-Aire Europe Leadership Team on their overall experience, areas of interest, potential improvement initiatives, and future ambitions.

Who We're Looking For

We seek enthusiastic, logical, and imaginative individuals eager to begin their engineering career with Silent-Aire Europe and develop new skills.

Tenure

Graduate placements are two-year fixed-term appointments. Upon completion, candidates will be assessed for permanent roles within the engineering team based on their performance and suitability.

Candidate Qualification

  • Minimum requirement is an Engineers Ireland accredited Bachelor (Honours) Degree (Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.

Supervision Model

Supervisor:

  • The Department Manager will support graduates during each rotation. Support includes clear expectations, clarification of objectives and specific learning activities.

Mentor:

  • A mentor (at least two levels senior to the graduate) will be assigned to provide informal feedback and advice on the overall experience.

Job Descriptions

Job descriptions will be provided during onboarding and clarified by each Supervisor during rotations.

Compensation

  • Salary increases every 6 months throughout the programme, subject to satisfactory performance.
