Description du poste- Provide expert guidance and support for our SNOW Platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the need and translate into technical specification.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow Platform, especially ITOM, to meet specific business needs, ensuring a seamless integration with existing or new processes.
- Develop automated workflows and scripts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual efforts, automate key processes > focus discovery.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL, ITOM, ITSM and CMDB
- Provide training and guidance to team members, enhancing their understanding of SNOW CMDB architecture and mapping.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to Servicenow processes and procedures, enhancing system functionality, user experience and quality
- Be up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates and best practices, and apply this knowledge effectively in our environment
- Analyze issues and suggests solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practice on ITOM
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, CMDB, ServiceMapping
- Good experience with Windows/Linux, SQL and Database technologies
- CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and CMDB Certification required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have already work in an Infrastructure Services context.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
- Team spirit, collaboration and communication.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
