This role is part of the ScraperAPI Team at saas.group.

ScraperAPI is a robust, high-capacity data collection platform dedicated to making public data easily accessible for everyone, regardless of scale. We cater to both B2B and B2C customers with our unique, scalable solution, supporting businesses and developers primarily in e-commerce, AI training data, and SEO-related public data collection, among other areas.

Profile Overview

We are seeking an experienced, technically focused SEO Manager to join our Marketing team of three. If this is about you, we encourage you to apply:

  • You thrive in a fully remote environment and value the autonomy to make impactful decisions.
  • You're excited about working with a rapidly growing, highly successful bootstrapped SaaS product — ScraperAPI, a multi-million dollar brand with ambitious growth targets.
  • You want to take full ownership of ScraperAPI’s SEO strategy and see your work directly influence the company’s success and growth.
  • You’re eager to expand your skills and embrace new challenges in a dynamic SaaS company, with plenty of opportunities for career development.
  • You have a proven track record of driving revenue through hands-on SEO execution and are ready to make a real difference.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

Review the existing SEO plan and setup for ScraperAPI, and outline the steps needed to achieve the following goals:

  1. Grow ScraperAPI’s website traffic from 18k to over 36k (We increased traffic by 4k in August alone, and we’re confident you can help drive it further.).
  2. Get to know the product, understand our conversion cycle, and increase the number of high-quality signups and sales leads through organic traffic by over 20%.
  3. Increase the number of keywords ranking in the top 10 SERPs by 30% and outrank competitors for ScraperAPI’s revenue-generating phrases.
  4. Demonstrate your communication and collaboration skills — you’ll work closely with the Technical Content Manager, Affiliate/Partnership Manager, Head of Marketing, and Central SEO/Content teams within your first 6 months and beyond.

Keep in mind — with us, you won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have solid foundations built by our SEO mentors and advisors, offsite SEO already optimized and ready to scale, and a results-focused, cross-functional team to support you every step of the way.

Your responsibilities

  • Onsite SEO: provide high-quality page optimizations that adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Technical SEO: maintain a healthy SEO site, implement schema markup, manage internal linking, improve site architecture, and maintain and optimize the robots.txt file and XML sitemaps. Additionally, enhance site speed by optimizing scripts, minifying CSS/JS files, and reducing unnecessary plugins.
  • Reporting and Analysis: deliver in-depth reports and perform SEO data analysis, including performance tracking, keyword research, and competitor and rank analysis.
  • Collaboration: work closely with the ScraperAPI Marketing team and the SEO team at saas.group to execute the SEO strategy.
  • Task Ownership: take responsibility for the success of ScraperAPI’s SEO strategy, manage day-to-day SEO tasks, and make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth.

What You bring to the table

  • 3+ years of experience in an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Get-it-done approach: this role requires hands-on execution — you'll need to actively demonstrate your SEO work and results.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis — specifically related to SEO performance and conversion.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and web development technologies and familiarity with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Near-native level English and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ScreamingFrog, Seobility, Ahrefs, and Keyword.com is a plus, as is proficiency with Google Sheets and formulas.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of independence to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning  and expertise with each other internally.
  • Unlimited paid time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

ScraperAPI is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.
