Lead the SEO strategy for multiple brands, focusing on organic growth and revenue through innovative SEO tactics and team leadership.
We’re a fast-scaling venture studio with a focus on performance marketing, operating in the highly competitive Crypto and iGaming verticals. With a portfolio of brands spanning multiple markets, we blend editorial expertise with commercial firepower.
We're looking for a strategic and visionary SEO Director to join the leadership team and amplify organic growth and revenue. This isn’t your average SEO role. It’s for someone ready to build overarching systems, challenge the status quo, empower their team, and push boundaries to create sustainable and aggressive SEO gains.
Your Mission
As SEO Director, you'll architect and lead a multi-brand SEO ecosystem. You'll report directly to C-level leadership and work closely with product, content, tech, and data teams to build a powerful growth engine. Your mission is to collaborate with brand-aligned SEO leads to elevate their strategy and execution, scaling rankings, traffic, and revenue across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the SEO operating system across all brands, including clear SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and QA standards.
- Define and roll out a multi-brand SEO strategy, balancing foundational needs with bold growth experiments.
- Set aggressive but smart KPIs for rankings, traffic, revenue, and share of voice.
- Champion experimentation: from programmatic SEO and topical authority models to AI content testing, structured data, and link-building automation.
- Push for brand-first SEO: ensure every strategy reinforces long-term value, not just short-term wins.
- Lead hiring and upskilling, identify gaps, coach the team, and attract top performers.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, accountability, and speed across the SEO function.
- Translate SEO impact into business language for C-level stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors and other aggressive players, learning fast and adapting faster.

- Strong understanding of data, automation tools, and the evolving AI+SEO landscape.
- Comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and tactical execution.
