Forcepoint is looking for an experienced Senior UX Product Manager to join our UX team, with a strong background and expertise in Customer Journey Mapping. This role is pivotal in driving the user experience strategy and ensuring our solutions are intuitive, seamlessly integrated, and aligned with our customer needs. This can be a hybrid role from our Cork office or remote (from within Ireland).

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Lead the creation and refinement of detailed customer journey maps to understand and enhance the end-to-end user experience. Extend beyond the User Interface to enhance all touch points a customer may have with Forcepoint. 

  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user and problem domain research to gather insights about target users and their needs.  

  • Data Driven results: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for UX initiatives, monitoring and reporting on improvements delivered. 

  • UX Design: You will be joining our UX team and collaborating with UX designers and our Engineering teams to develop and refine user interfaces and end-to-end workflows. 

  • Collaborate with Product Management team: Ensure that our solutions User Experience optimizes business objectives and user engagement, working closely with Product Management. 

  • Rapid prototyping Deliver Proof-of-Concepts/Mock-Ups using human-centered design principles. 

  • Domain Expertise: Understand Forcepoint’s Cyber Security solutions and how they integrate and interact to inform design decisions that deliver real results, enabling our customers to maximize the Return on their Investments. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Proven experience in UX and Customer Journey Mapping, with experience in full-time dedicated UX roles highly desirable. 

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience. Experience in B2B SaaS products highly desirable. 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling user experiences. 

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Technical Background in Computer Science, Networking and/or Cyber Security to understand the technical implications in design decisions.
