Job DescriptionKey accountabilities:
Manage daily liquidity, funding and cash positions across multiple currencies.
Support liquidity optimisation, internal funding allocation and balance sheet decisioning.
Manage and optimise balance sheet FX exposures, supporting hedging strategies, liquidity management and Treasury decision-making across multiple currencies.
Monitor intraday liquidity and support liquidity optimisation and funding activities.
Manage fixed-term deposits, central bank balances and other short-term liquidity investments, supporting the continued development of Treasury Markets activities.
Provide market, liquidity and FX analysis to support Treasury strategy and decision-making.
Deliver management reporting, regulatory support and governance materials.
Drive process improvement, automation and Treasury technology initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Treasury policies, regulatory requirements and risk controls.
Skills & experience required:
5+ years' experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management, Balance Sheet Management, Treasury Markets or related banking functions.
Experience managing liquidity, funding, cash forecasting and/or FX activities in a regulated banking environment.
Strong understanding of liquidity risk, funding, balance sheet management and FX markets.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems and market dealing platforms.
ACT or equivalent Treasury qualification desirable.
Knowledge of liquidity management, HQLA, balance sheet optimisation and FX exposure management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong control awareness and attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and PowerPoint experience desirable.
Ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
Demonstrates ownership, accountability and a collaborative approach.
