Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a part of Associate Digital Experience, you’ll directly have responsibility for the organization for end-user collaboration initiatives. In the Associate Digital Experience your job will be to ensure that programs are well executed, understood, meeting the needs of the users, tracking KPIs, reporting regularly to Global Tech leadership.

What You'll Do: 

  • Implement and manage transformation initiatives aligned with the priorities in the Enterprise Business Services area
  • Work cross function to ensure success in the projects implementation 
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement brainstorming sessions 
  • Follow action items through completion 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a project manager 
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid approach 
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to drive transformation 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • A thinking outside of the box mentality 
  • Effective communication skills
  • Working experience in Jira and Confluence strongly preferred
  • Experience working with large scale projects strongly preferred

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
