About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will support the growth of our organization. You will be involved in many aspects of the recruitment process, from communicating with candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and assisting with team projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
  • Sourcing and generating a robust and diverse candidate pipeline
  • Effectively screen and qualify candidates for the interview process against job requirements
  • Maintain clear and consistent  communication with candidates, keeping them informed throughout their interview experience at Spotnana
  • Closely partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience and successful outcome  
  • Support a team of recruiters with the day-to-day scheduling of interviews and managing communications with candidates
  • Deliver a high quality candidate experience to every candidate
  • Positively contribute to People department and Talent Acquisition team projects and process improvements
  • Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate communications are accurately and consistently tracked throughout Talent Acquisition’s tech stack in real-time
  • Provide general administrative help as needed
  • Thoroughly learn the ins and outs of Greenhouse ATS
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and hiring managers 
  • Provide an efficient and delightful experience for every candidate from application stage to offer

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting role
  • 3+ years of experience managing candidates in Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri to generate a high quality candidate pipeline
  • Ability to manage 10+ requisitions at a given time, including both technical and non-technical roles
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar and Drive)
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot and adapt when needed
  • Effective multi-tasker who manages time effectively
  • Strong team player who demonstrates ability and desire to contribute to the success of a global talent acquisition team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Inclined to take action in a proactive and collaborative way

  • Able to work in a hybrid structure from our Bengaluru office and have a 30 day or less notice period
