Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Financial Technology Solutions and Paymen

Euronet seeks to employ a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join a global team and contribute in the company's goals and vision.
The successful candidate will be based in the Athens offices and reporting to the Regional TA Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all recruitment processes, developing a deep understanding of the organization's business ecosystem, workforce, and strategic goals.
- Propose and drive the talent acquisition strategy and policies.
- End-to-end participation in recruitment processes regarding various functions, from sourcing and assessing candidates up to contracting.
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies for a variety of profiles to develop talent pools aiming to provide “Just in Time” talent for new openings.
- Support the strategic services and capabilities for conducting competitive research and market intelligence, talent mapping etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise on various sourcing and candidate relationship management tools, and develop targeted, localized recruiting strategies.
- Develop and lead a company employer of choice strategy.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment consulting firms serving clients in fast-paced sectors, like technology, retail, financial services.
- Good academics and a Masters degree will be considered a plus.
- Proven track record in handling various recruitment projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written). Any additional language will be considered a plus.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
