What you will do in a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role at Kyruus Health:
- You'll manage the full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of job requisitions that span across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and G&A. This includes sourcing, candidate communications, screening, and closing candidates.
- You'll use your creative thinking and perseverance to source and attract a qualified pool of candidates through a multi- channel approach
- You'll establish and reinforce best practices in talent acquisition while also partnering with hiring teams to improve their interviewing skills.
- You'll partner closely with your hiring managers at each stage of the process and maintain relationships even when managers aren't actively hiring.
- You'll use your curiosity and bias to action to learn and incorporate AI concepts and technologies (where applicable) into your day-to-day work.
- You'll embrace a proactive talent approach to build market intelligence, develop and execute recruiting campaigns, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- You'll actively contribute to project work for team initiatives within the greater People Team.
- You'll report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & HRIS in the People Department within the General & Administrative Division.

How You Can Grow
What you will bring:
- Full- cycle recruiting expertise with demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proven track record of hiring across Engineering, Product, Go-to- Market, and G&A roles. Experience with both technical and go-to-market recruiting is required and essential.
- Innovative, personalized, and scalable talent sourcing skills to engage with passive talent and convert them into active candidates.
- Business acumen paired with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs in order to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Commitment to creating a positive, informative, and trusting candidate experience while ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with proficiency in conducting behavioral interviews and using assessment tools or techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Curiosity and passion for continuous improvement; maintaining awareness of market trends, seeking out and implementing new ideas, and building efficiencies into your work flow.
- Data-driven decision making skills with the ability to track, analyze, and utilize data to educate hiring managers, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
- Proficiency across the spectrum of recruitment technology and experience or a strong desire to integrate responsible AI into the talent acquisition process.
- Skills in building a positive employer brand and partnering with other internal functions to create content that is used externally to attract talent.
- Experience working remotely with a proficiency in remote communication, collaboration, tools, and building relationships.
- A desire to do hard work and make a meaningful impact while having fun and celebrating wins.
- Preferred Experience: A background within healthcare technology and an understanding of the competitive landscape.
Compensation Information:
- Base Pay Range: $123,000 - $138,000/year
- Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for a variable incentive, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range specific to your candidacy and other factors during the hiring process.
