Lead hands-on improvements and automation for the Okta workforce identity environment: stabilize operations, automate provisioning and lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver), implement Okta Workflows, support SSO/MFA/SCIM integrations, troubleshoot identity issues, document changes, and enable knowledge transfer.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
We’re looking for:
A hands-on Okta specialist, not a general IAM candidate. The candidate should be able to step in quickly, operate independently, and deliver improvements with minimal ramp-up.
Duration: 6 months with potential prolongation.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the stability and reliability of Okta operations
- Reduce manual access management through automation
- Develop more efficient and scalable lifecycle processes
- Support and maintain our Okta environment (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, integrations)
- Improve joiner/mover/leaver processes and reduce manual effort
- Implement automation using Okta Workflows (or similar)
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues
- Document changes and support knowledge transfer
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Strong, recent hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity
- Experience with:
- SSO (SAML, OIDC)
- SCIM provisioning
- MFA and conditional access policies
- Lifecycle Management (JML processes)
- Experience with Okta Workflows (or similar automation tooling)
- Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication and provisioning issues
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
- Experience in improving lifecycle processes and reducing manual access handling
