Job Description
The Senior Supply Chain & Operations Manager leads the Supply Chain & Operations function in Ireland. They are responsible for the function’s P&L and customer OTIF (On Time In Full) metrics. They manage a team of 4 direct reports as well as the operational relationship with our third party packing partner.
Core Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the territory Supply Chain and Operations team; an initial 4 direct reports

Focus on Impact: OTIF and Cost Targets

Own the relationship with our third-party partner who store, pick and pack Gousto Ireland orders

Manage and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives

Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and support our overall business goals

Develop and implement processes to ensure on-time delivery, inventory control, and cost optimisation

Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement, make recommendations and implement changes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Food Development, Food Technical, Procurement, and Technology to drive operational excellence

Manage relationships with key suppliers, and ensure supplier performance meets our standards

Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies, and continuously evaluate and improve our supply chain and operations processes and systems
Who You are
-
You will have a strong commercial skill set alongside working knowledge of supply chain and operations best practices, processes and systems

Entrepreneurial in spirit you will be scale-up experienced and comfortable working with elements of ambiguity

Excellent leadership, people management and coaching skills
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with Microsoft D365, JDA and PowerBI
