What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

What will you own

You will work with the core of our main AI products: the Mapper and Miner. This role is both strategic and hands-on, and will have you working across teams. You’ll be the voice of the user, driving the strategy and roadmap to enhance and expand our platform.

You will have two goals:

  • to improve our internal annotation tools, to reduce the amount of manual work that goes into labelling data and make them fully autonomous.

  • to help tailor the outputs of our products to the client's needs;

Part of Your Day-to-Day

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the external and internal-facing components of our platform, with a focus on using AI to generate value.

  • Be embedded within the Miner and Mapper Teams to serve as the voice of the user, ensuring their needs and feedback shape product decisions.

  • Drive improvements to existing features and develop new capabilities to meet our clients’ needs and improve user management, navigation and other platform topics.

  • Research and understand customer pain points, use cases to inform product development and validate new ideas.

  • Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of features.

  • Identify high-value problems and define clear, actionable requirements to address them.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and leadership to translate broad goals into clear product plans and priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for an enterprise or B2b product, with a track record of improving and expanding established products.

  • Hands-on experience owning and building features in an AI-first product, with a relevant research or data classification component.

  • Strong technical background or demonstrable understanding of highly technical products.

  • Experiencing gathering customer insights through research methods, and crafting user experiences and features based on market/user feedback.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, Engineers, and Designers.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate and clarify ambiguity when it surfaces.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Background in Data Science or ML Engineering.

  • Experience with a human-in-the-loop system

  • Experience in a Startup/Scale-up environment

  • Been a part of a founding Product team
