Senior Specialist, Depository Services

Dublin Branch (the “Depositary”) address the individual needs of our clients: to protect, preserve, and enhance assets in a secure and confidential environment.  Our experienced workforce provides international investment managers with a comprehensive depositary, custody and banking service to assist them in executing their alternative investment strategies.

Your Role: 

• You will ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures.
• Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.
• Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
• Provide assistance during on-site inspections.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
• Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.
• Have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc project support.

About You:

• You have a third level business/finance qualification and at least 3 years of depositary experience or fund admin within the Irish funds industry.
• Some knowledge of hedge funds and related prime broker arrangements.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
