How You Support Our Growth
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical aspects of Level Access's sales processes. Reporting to our Head of Solutions Engineering, you will act as a seasoned technical expert on our products and how they integrate with client systems and processes. Your expertise will directly enhance the success of our product, marketing, and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a technical solutions/sales role or equivalent.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with large and diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness; skilled at asking the right questions during client discovery phases.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and collaborating with various team members concurrently.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
Desired but Not Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion.
- Understanding of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA).
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
- Expertise in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
- Experience with automated testing technologies (Cypress, Webdriver IO, Cucumber).
- Experience with native mobile application development (iOS or Android)
