Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and verify embedded software for Wi-Fi chipsets
- Develop and maintain drivers, low-level firmware, and protocol stack components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware platforms
- Debug and resolve complex issues using lab equipment and software tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong proficiency in C programming for embedded systems
- Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-M)
Bonus Points
- Experience with RTOS-based development (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr)
- Experience with Linux kernel and device driver development
- Scripting skills for test automation (preferably Python)
- Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi/802.11)
- Experience with multi-core SoCs for wireless communications
- Familiarity with FPGA, simulation, or emulation platforms
