Today we are…
The fastest email experience in the world
Loved and adored: see what our customers say
Our customers get through their inboxes twice as fast; many see inbox zero for the first time in years.
Come shape the future of email, communication, and productivity!
BUILD LOVE 💜At Superhuman, we deeply understand how to build products that people love. We incorporate fun and play; we infuse magic and joy; we make experiences that amaze and delight.
It all starts with the right team — a team that deeply cares about values, customers, and each other.
CREATE MASSIVE IMPACT 🚀We're not solving a small problem, and we're not addressing a small market. We're going after email; the one activity that consumes more of our work day than any other.
Our ambition doesn't stop there. Next: calendars, notes, contacts, and team communication. We are building the productivity platform of the future.
DO THE BEST WORK OF YOUR LIFE 🌟We have created the frameworks for how to build product market fit and redefined the narrative of how to onboard customers successfully. We have shown the world it’s possible to build a premium productivity brand. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, First Round Capital, IVP, Tiger Global Management, Sam Altman, and the founders of Gmail, Dropbox, Reddit, Discord, Stripe, GitHub, AngelList, and Intercom.
This time, we’re swinging beyond the fences and fundamentally rethinking how individuals and teams should collaborate. We are building a household brand and a worldwide organization. We are here to do the best work of our lives, and we hope you are too.
ROLE 👩🏽💻👨💻As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as the operational engine of our Sales team — owning and optimizing systems, workflows, and analytics that power predictable growth. This is a high-impact IC role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, MarketingOps, and Analytics to streamline processes, scale tools, and drive insight-driven decisions.
Sales Funnel Operations:

Partner with sales leadership to accelerate deal progression and enforce CRM stage discipline
Improve forecast accuracy by ensuring timely, complete, and compliant data
Quote-to-Close Process & Tooling:
Lead configuration and implementation of pricing and quoting workflows via Nue (CPQ)
Improve quote-to-close speed, compliance, and scalability
Sales Systems & Tools:
Own Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Nue administration — governance, optimization, and adoption
Evaluate new tools, manage integrations, and lead cross-functional change management initiatives
Analytics & Insights:
Build dashboards and reports that support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and rep performance
Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate and actionable sales insights for leadership
Drive data-driven strategy on capacity planning, quota setting, and territory design
Process Optimization & Enablement:
Identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and roll out automation and process improvements
Equip the GTM team with tools and workflows that improve productivity and decision-making
Experience: You likely have 8+ years of Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years in a strategic operations or management-level role
Investigative Problem Solving: You take a data-driven approach to uncovering the root causes behind performance issues, process breakdowns, or pipeline bottlenecks. You proactively analyze CRM data, rep behavior, and GTM workflows to connect the dots — and turn insights into tested, cross-functional solutions that drive measurable impact.
Operational Rigor: You bring structure to chaos and build systems that scale. You design and document repeatable processes, enforce standards across teams, and proactively identify inefficiencies. You maintain high attention to detail across tools, workflows, and data to ensure consistency and quality execution.
Tooling & Systems Fluency: You understand how sales tools connect and evaluate them with a critical eye. You have deep expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and CPQ tools — and can troubleshoot issues, lead change management, and drive tool adoption and optimization.
Forecasting & Data Literacy: You don't just report on numbers — you use them to influence decisions. You build forecast models, explain pipeline trends, and translate performance metrics into strategic insights that guide leadership and improve revenue predictability.
Stakeholder Management: You speak both “sales” and “systems” fluently and are a trusted partner to cross-functional teams. You build strong relationships, navigate competing priorities with empathy and clarity, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Change Enablement: You don’t just implement changes — you ensure they stick. You proactively communicate updates, design thoughtful rollout plans, and build training and documentation that drive adoption. You gather feedback and iterate to ensure lasting impact.
Scenario Planning & Strategic Thinking: You think several steps ahead and anticipate what’s around the corner. You build models to assess the impact of headcount, quota, or territory shifts, help leadership evaluate trade-offs, and balance execution with long-term scalability.
Bias to action: Speed matters. Takes rapid and decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress and growth.
Start-to-Finish Ownership: Acts with 100% responsibility for their own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company.
Growth Mindset: You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. You believe that you and others can always learn and grow.
AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize how we work as well as the experiences that we create for our customers. Driven by passion and curiosity, you leverage AI to dramatically increase your own productivity and the impact of your team.
